We are a commercial smokehouse currently specializing in smoked fish. Our products are available wholesale.

With over 20 years in Finance/Accounting in multiple industries, it was always in the back of my mind to start my own business. I have always had the desire to know an entire business process from start to finish. After a considerable amount of market research, it was obvious that this was the right choice. Smoked fish is not just good…it is fabulous! Only the best fish fillets are selected and brined using a special formula and then hot smoked to perfection. We will even work with you to customize a brine that meets your needs for the perfect flavor you are looking for.

Quality and safety are what we strive for. FDA registered and working towards SQF Certification. A very strict HACCP plan is also followed.
